Just wanted to say that the Flat Cats arrived safe and sound. We spent around 20 minutes fixing both the standard window and the custom size screens. My wife and me are extremely happy with the product. Many thanks for providing an excellent product, great communication and a speedy service. My 3 Burmese cats were sitting enjoying the fresh air and working out how they could escape. They prodded and pushed smelt and felt but then realised the screen was staying in place and so gave up and went about there cat business.

I just wanted to let you know that the screens I bought from you back in March were the best investment in the house I have ever made - seriously! All my windows are now open wide so the air flow through the flat is lovely and will keep my two cats happy, they now don't know which window to sit at so they are checking them all out. The speedy delivery was excellent to as tomorrow is said to be the hottest so far and I am happy in the knowledge that my indoor cars will be safe and cool. The flat cats arrived this morning and they are now up at the windows, very easy to install. Can feel a lovely breeze coming through my lounge. Hello Dominic, The Fat cats arrived this morning and are now installed all over the house,we now have all the windows wide open, and for the first time since having Lulu our Bengal. Have a lovely breeze blowing in and feel secure that even she won't be able to dismantle the screens. I moved at the weekend into a bungalow and have had to keep my precious cat inside to keep him safe. Your screen has allowed me to open the door and let some fresh air in. The smaller ones have allowed us to open the top part of our bedroom windows without worrying he will try to jump out. It has also had the added bonus of keeping the old owners cat out! I recieved my custom order much faster than anticipated and attached it to the window this weekend. It is so nice to finally be able to open the window and let fresh air into my flat. The mesh is tough and you cannot see it from the outside, and after a while cannot notice it at all. The fixings work perfectly and are quick to place. The customer service and care are excellent, the delivery is speedy, and my cats are safe. They have never tried to scratch at it or get out, they just really enjoy smelling what the neighbours are cooking for supper and being extra nosy. We can now sit and stare at every human and doggy that passes by our windows. The smell of fresh air is exhilarating and listening to all those new noises is amazing. She was worried that we'd get out of the window and door and possibly get run over by a bus or car, or even worse that someone may take us because we are so pretty and handsome. There are a ton of videos out there of mice running around on the screen, animal sounds, and other little things for your cat to play with. In any case, it takes some searching to find the really good stuff, but it's all there somewhere. You can go with YouTube Premium for $12.99 per month if you want to remove ads and add some extra features. However, for the sake of cat games, you don't really need it.

Just a quick note to thank you for the five flat cats you supplied a couple of months ago. They've really come into their own in this hot weather and it's great to get air into the house without risk of the indoor cats getting out to see their boyfriends. I had previously made up a couple of ugly wooden frames covered with wire mesh for the conservatory which weren't ideal, largely because they were bulky to store when not in use.
They successfully kept the cats in but the place quickly became house fly heaven. Anyway thanks once again for a brilliant solution, well executed. With the hot weather and my little baby can be cool in the day. And good thing I called you to make them 1cm short, good thing that happened. You said in your video that you wondered if you were just being over protective, but I know now that windows are a real risk and using flat cat's isn't being over protective.
I think anyone living in a flat should purchase flat cats. When I do some day move house or the flat cat's get worn out, I'll definitely be buying more, because my cat's safety is worth any amount money.
